MYMLSFSBO.COM is a FLAT FEE Realtor MLS Listing Program for individuals looking to do most of the leg work involved with selling their home but want a little assistance with the marketing. This program is designed to help FSBO home sellers throughout the Charleston metropolitan area including Downtown Charleston, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, Hannahan, Summerville, Goose Creek and Ladson sell their homes themselves - with some of the benefits you get through using a Realtor but without the traditional commission fees. Knowledgeable homeowners who sell their own homes know that the more people who know about and see their home, the more likely it will sell quickly and at a higher price. Get your home listed on the Multiple Listing Service and expand your home's exposure! Use the power of the Charleston MLS to sell your home and save thousands of dollars in commissions!

Our set fee for a FSBO-Assist Listing is $275 and it includes your choice of any or all of the following services:

  • a listing in the Charleston Multiple Listing Service (all information contained in listing is provided by the homeowner)
  • up to 25 photos will be posted on the MLS as well as the other sites (provided by the homeowner)
  • a listing on 100's of real estate websites nationwide, including www.Realtor.com
  • a listing on a local Charleston, well-known company website (www.copperroofproperties.com)
  • all forms required by SC Law when listing & selling a home
  • posting of all SC forms on listing
  • use of the Centralized Showing Service for showings (making it more accessible to agents and easier for you to manage showings)

You decide what co-broke commission you want to offer to other brokers--it can be a set dollar amount of $1 up to a million+ or you can make it a precentage of the purchase price. If you find the buyer yourself and no brokers are involved, you don't pay any commission.
